Abstract Submission Rules

• Participants are required to prepare and send the abstracts in Turkish or English of their oral or poster presentations according to the "Abstract Writing Rules" template (APPENDIX 1).
• Papers should not have been previously published elsewhere and / or presented at another scientific meeting.
• Abstracts will be sent in Turkish or English.
• Abstracts should include Purpose, Method, Findings and Conclusion sections.
• At most 5 and at least 3 keywords should be used in the abstracts.
• The name and surname of the abstract authors, the institution and city they work for should be clearly stated in the papers. An academic title should not be used.
• Standard abbreviations should be used in the papers. Where the word to be abbreviated is first mentioned, the abbreviation is given in parentheses and that abbreviation is used throughout the text.
• Since the abstracts and full texts sent to the congress will be converted into digital books in the same way, it is necessary to pay attention to typographical errors. The authors are responsible for all typos.
• Oral presentations should be presented in a 10 (ten) minute presentation followed by 2 (two) minutes of discussion.
• Participants will be able to present their oral presentations in Turkish or English.
• Oral presentations that are not presented will not be taken from the abstract book.
• Prepare your abstracts in accordance with the spelling rules stated below.

Page Layout: The text should be prepared in a single column, justified on A4 size paper, leaving 2.5 cm margins from the top, bottom and sides.

Font Type: 12 point Times New Roman font should be used in the whole text. All headings must be 12 points and bold. Single line spacing should be selected for line spacing.

Title: The title of the study should be capitalized in the first letters of the words. The title should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font, single line spacing, bold and aligned in the middle of the page.

Author Names: Author names should be given in bold and 12 pt., And the institution they work for should be given in 10 pt. And without bold. Full names of the author / s / s, institutions where they work, address, telephone and e-mail information should be specified.

Abstract: The abstract should be written in Turkish or English and should not exceed 300 words.

Keywords: Keywords should be at least three and at most five, with lowercase letters at the end of the abstract.
