Mission

In the health sector; fulfilling management functions; leadership and social aspects, strong, questioning, analytical / innovative thinking, crisis and risk management approach, using and developing new generation technology, open to development with an intellectual perspective, perceiving the needs of society and producing solutions, taking into account individual differences, ethical values and environmentally sensitive, qualified health managers.

Vision

To be a pioneer in health management education where sustainable innovations come to life with graduates who prioritise the development of the health system, individuals who will benefit humanity, who conduct scientific research and applications with experienced faculty members in the sector in line with contemporary changes, and who are sought after by the sector using modern education methods.

Education Objectives

To educate students who have mastered the multidisciplinary structure of the field of Health Management, who can apply this knowledge to health management and have the ability to lead.
To educate individuals who contribute to the field of health management by using the results of research and studies structured in cooperation with all stakeholders. 
To provide professional skills to individuals who follow the health sector quickly and closely, are open to innovations, are entrepreneurial, have sustainability awareness, can think critically and respond effectively to the problems of the health system.
To contribute to the educational activities of the Department of Health Management by increasing the quality and quantity of research, publication and participation in scientific activities. 
Our goal is to train professional health managers at national and international standards by adopting a continuous quality improvement approach and to strengthen communication and cooperation with graduate students.
